how to get a perfect size of Bra?

Finding your perfect size might take the intervention of a specialist. Of course the specialist could be located right at your favorite women's apparel shop. Most shops will offer free sizing by one of the sales people that are well versed in determining sizes.

Sizing

To find your perfect bra size you will have to be measured. The person taking the measurements will use a measuring tape to measure around your breast and your back. This number can range greatly depending on your girth. The cup size is not quite as exact you might have to try a couple of different sizes to find the right fit. There are some general guidelines as to how a bra should fit you. Each woman's body is different and will largely contribute to the best fit for you.

Bad Fits

You will know if you are in the wrong bra size. Generally the bra feels like it does not fit well. It pinches and pulls and feels generally uncomfortable. Your clothing will not fit well when the fit is off.

There will also be some indication of the bra riding up in between the shoulder blades and support is also an issue.

Bad fits come down to the wrong size.

Good Fit

A bra that has a good fit will support the breast without pinching or pulling and will not ride up the back in between the shoulder blades. It will lie flat between the breasts and lie flat against the back without any gaps. It will be comfortable to wear and be seem less under clothing.

Your bra size is just a number and really is just used to determine the best fitting design for you. It is not something that describes whether you fit into a specific category there is no normal size. Each woman is unique as is her body a bra size just gives you a general idea of which type of apparel will work best for your body type.
